So what is Big Colors?

Big Colors is a designer theme download site that designers, business owners, entrepreneurs and any one who is interested in design, can purchase high quality themes on line and use them. The best bit is that all profit from this website goes to the charity of the designers choice.

• For our customers (charity givers) you will give to charity, and receive a fresh sparkling theme!
• For our designers you will give to charity, and receive a lot of free exposure to your design business!
• For the charities you will recieve money from us, so you can give to the people you serve!

We are searching for designers who can create high quality Wordpress, Joomla, Magento and Drupal themes (and if your excellent at Elgg and Pligg we’d happily have you along too!).

What do designers get in return for offering their services for free?

• Huge applause from the design, business and charity community!
• An interview on both on the Big Colors website and featured in our upcoming magazine in 2010.
• Complete exposure to your design business (yes we will include multiple links to your design business)
• And the wondrous ability to personally give the money directly to your charity of your choice.

How does it work?

Any designer can apply to be part of this wonderful site. The more themes, the better. Designer submits their theme with the following information:

• Full theme (including PSD, HTML and necessary theme files)
• Instructions on how to install it

We will then contact you and ask you to do the following:?

• Have an interview with us! This will involve answering about 10 questions.
• Supply us with a photo (that the whole world will see, so make it sexy!)
• Provide us with the charity you wish to donate to (including contact details so we can contact them about the nice little cheque that’s coming their way!)
• Be prepared to make the charity jump for joy!

Once we interview, launch your theme on the site, promote it and get as many people to buy the theme, you will have to do one last wonderful thing, you need to give the money to the charity and provide us with photos of the event so we can update the blog.
